Data Manager
Full Time + Benefits/PTO

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Data Manager will be involved with all types of MVHC data, including but not limited to clinical, financial, grant, etc. There will be various reporting cycles from weekly to annual. The Data Manager is expected to create systems to ensure timely analysis and delivery.


QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, two years’ experience in related field preferred, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, proficient in grammar, spelling, and accuracy. Computer literate, basic math skills, and proficient typing/keyboarding with a strong understanding of data management programs (i.e. Excel, Power Bi). Must maintain confidentiality relating to MVHC information that could result in proprietary damage to MVHC. Must be flexible, work both independently and as a team player, and sit for long periods.


REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE:
Obtain current CPR card.
Clean and appropriate business attire.
Valid California or Oregon driver’s license and auto liability insurance.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and maintain relationships with MVHC management and staff to determine needs and solve problems related to data.
• Create reports and reporting tools to analyze different types of data such as patient, grants, financial, billing, quality, etc.
• Create and maintain tracking MVHC IT assets (computers, Phreesia tablets etc.).
• Maintain file structure with MVHC.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to do extra work as needed, on an intermittent basis.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent: sitting, standing, walking, working on computer six to eight hours daily, lift/carry objects up to 24lbs, repetitive motion of hands, close eye work. Constant: listening, speaking in person or on the phone, reading, writing.
