SALARY: $21.00-$28.00/Hour
REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Marketing and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for assisting team members with marketing and design projects, community outreach, and staff recruitment efforts. Responsible for developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy and providing support to marketing and outreach initiatives as directed by the executive team. Responsible for patient recruitment events, nurturing existing relationships with outside entities (public health, consortiums, etc.), supporting staff recruitment efforts, promoting our organization to our local communities, and identifying opportunities for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent, or minimum 3 years related work experience with Marketing or Public Relations. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools. Must have computer knowledge and experience, strong communication skills: both written and verbal. Must be able to function with minimal direction and supervision. Must maintain confidentiality relating to MVHC personnel, patients, and information which could result in proprietary damage to MVHC. Must possess a current valid California or Oregon driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE:
Obtain current CPR/BLS card.
Clean and appropriate attire.
Active California or Oregon driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategy and activities in collaboration with the executive team.
Develop advertising, marketing, and promotional materials as requested.
Manage and maintain social media presence on various platforms.
Coordinate and participate in marketing and networking meetings.
Generate monthly marketing report which includes activities, new contacts/leads, proposed new ideas, and statistical information regarding contacts, etc. and present report at monthly management meeting.
Develop staff training materials for variety of MVHC needs, such as, forms, onboarding, etc., review materials periodically and update as needed.
Support recruitment and outreach efforts for new providers, locums, and staff. Including but not limited to coordinating and attending meetings with outside recruitment agencies, conversing with candidates, attend initial interview(s) as requested, coordinate on site visits, secure housing or other needs to ensure a smooth transition for candidates.
Show initiative and work independently to improve and maintain all customer relations and satisfaction. Represent MVHC in a professional manner online and in person at community events as required.
Other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to other work when needed.
